Busy Week in Kindergarten

This week has been jam packed!  We rocked out our small groups, did a little coding, dove into AR, and threw in some cooperative learning.  These kiddos are really taking off.  They are learning so much each and every day.  We even got to experience our first pep rally and Monthly Assembly!  Reminders:  please put a note with any money sent to school.  I just want to make sure it gets to the right person.  :)  Also, keep working with those sight words.  Thanks so much and have a great weekend.

We are Rockin' and Rollin'!

We have only been in school for 9 days and we have received 10 compliments  from others on how awesome we are at following the RIDER Expectations as a class.  This week the kiddos will get rewarded with something that begins with the /p/ sound.  That's all I have told them. We have started our small groups this week, and we are all learning so much.  Friday, we will have our first Monthly Assembly.  I can't wait for them to experience the fun we have.  Here are a few pics from our learning centers.

First Day of K 2016

We really had a terrific day!  I know the rest of the school year will be a blast.  Today, your child came home with their agenda.  Please check the folder part for papers.  Please return papers located on the "bring back" side and keep papers on the "take home" side.  Also, initial under today's boot.  I have placed a clear pouch inside, as well.  This should be used to put notes and money in, so we stay organized!!!  Here are some 1st day pics.
